MOGADISHU, (SONNA) – The Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hassan Macallin Maxamuud, and the Governor of the Banadir Region, who is also the Mayor of Mogadishu, Mohamed Ahmed Amiir, have jointly laid the foundation stone for the construction of a paved road in the Dayniile district.
The Minister and the Mayor of Mogadishu stated that the road construction is part of the implementation of development projects aimed at building infrastructure for transportation between the districts of the Banadir Region.
The officials also called on the residents of the district to come out and participate significantly in the ongoing population registration process.
