Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Ministry of Education, Culture and Higher Education of the Federal Government of Somalia has offered scholarships to Sudanese students residing in Somalia.
“We appreciate the government of Sudan for its support in providing higher education opportunities to Somali students during times when Somalia had no functioning government,” the statement said.
