Qardho, (SONNA): – The Puntland Police Force has apprehended four Syrian nationals who allegedly stole 940 grams of gold from Mogadishu and were on the run from the law. The police identified the suspects as Abdikarin Ahmed Almuhamed, Jamila Qasi Yusuf, Abdalla Abdikarim Ahmed, and Malay Abdikarim Ahmed.
They were arrested in Qardho city in Puntland, on Thursday morning. The police said that the suspects will be brought to court to face the charges. Qardho is a historic city in the northeastern Bari region of Somalia, and a district within the state of Puntland.
