Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Somali National Army and the local forces conducted 17 operations in Galmudug State of Somalia in the past 48 hours and killed more than 120 Al-Shabaab terrorists.

The Deputy Minister of Information, Abdirahman Yusuf Al Adala said that the army conducted 17 different operations and killed more than 120 terrorist militants.

He urged the SNA forces and the brave local fighters to stand tall and defend their homes from the ruthless militia who wanted to enslave them and rob them of their lives and property.

Deputy Minister Al Adala said that he is accompanied by MPs, Ministers, businessmen, and other officials on the visit to the frontlines so that they encourage the soldiers and the local fighters to eradicate the Al-Shabaab terrorist group from the State of Galmudug and the whole country.

Mr. Al Adala asked the soldiers to remain in their posts and fight the terrorists until they eliminate them from the country, encouraging the brave fighters and army to not return home before eradicating all the militants.
