Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Somali National Army and Jubbaland security forces have taken control over Janay Abdalle area located 60km west of Kismayo in the lower Jubba region from Al-Shabaab terrorists.
The troops have taken over this important area peacefully, the troops are conducting an investigation in the suburbs of the city, and the command of the 43rd Division of the country’s forces has confirmed that the militants have been expelled from the area.
