Minnesota, U.S(SONNA)-Volunteers of Somalia, an organization based in St.. Paul, Minnesota in the United States of America on Wednesday announced that they are preparing to hold a great event, themed ‘Somali Hero Awards’ in Minneapolis on December 20, 2025.
President of VOS, Ali Mohamed Gashan said that the event aimed at empowering Somalis serving for their community.
“On behalf of the VOS, I am announcing that we are going to hold a great annual event of Somali Hero Awards December 20, 2025, we will key members of our community for their active role in business, economics, development and education”, Gashan said.
VOS often encourages participation in activities that promote peace, sports, gender equality, and youth development through capacity building and civic education.
