Addis Ababa, (SONNA) – The State Minister and the Acting Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Somalia, H.E Ali Omar Balcad met on the sidelines of the 37th session of the AU with the Secretary General of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), Wamkele Mene.
The meeting discussed the importance of free trade for various businesses in the Federal Republic of Somalia and all African countries, and there is a need to increase the issues related to free trade and for Somalia to pass its inclusion in Africa’s free trade market.
Minister Ali Balcad indicated that Somalia is ready at this time to adapt to the modern world, especially the integration of business in Africa, and that it is making strong efforts to promote business relations between Somalia and other countries.
