Baidoa, (SONNA) – The President of South West State, H.E. Abdiaziz Hassan Mohamed Laftagareen, held a meeting in Mogadishu with the United Kingdom’s Ambassador to Somalia, Mike Nithavrianakis.
The two leaders discussed key issues including the overall security situation in South West State, ongoing development projects supported by the UK in the region, and broader political developments across Somalia.
The meeting underscored the continued partnership between the UK and Somalia, particularly in strengthening regional stability and supporting development efforts.
