Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, Mr. Abdifatah Abdulqadir Farah, today received in his office a delegation from the UK MoD, led by Colonel Richard Grover.
The meeting focused on administrative and technical areas of cooperation, particularly enhancing coordination on institutional management and staff capacity development.
