Cairo, (SONNA) – A high-level delegation from the Federal Government of Somalia, led by the Permanent Secretary of the Office of the Prime Minister, Mr. Kamal Dahir Gutale, held a strategic meeting with General Osama Sayyid, Secretary-General of Egypt’s Council of Ministers, in Cairo.
The discussions focused on deepening the bilateral relationship between Somalia and Egypt, particularly in areas related to institutional development, modernization of public sector governance, and capacity-building for civil servants.
Both sides emphasized the importance of knowledge exchange and mutual cooperation to accelerate developmental goals and improve service delivery. The Somali delegation expressed appreciation for Egypt’s warm hospitality and reaffirmed their commitment to building a fruitful and enduring partnership between the two brotherly nations.
