Istanbul, Türkiye – The Minister of Defense of the Federal Government of Somalia, Ahmed Ma’allin Fiqi, and his Turkish counterpart, Yaşar Güler, today in Istanbul signed a crucial agreement to amend the implementation protocol for financial assistance exchanged between the two countries on July 17, 2019.
