Mogadishu (SONNA): The outgoing Governor of Banadir Region, Mr. Sheikh Yusuf Hussein Jimale (Madaale), welcomed the newly appointed Governor of Banadir Region and Mayor of Mogadishu, Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Amiir, to the Municipal Government Headquarters.
Governor Mohamed Ahmed Amiir was officially welcomed by the Deputy Governors of the Banadir Regional Administration and the Banadir Municipal Government officials at the Banaadir Municipal Government Headquarters. This initial meeting served as a crucial platform for discussing ongoing projects and strategic objectives for the region.
During his visit, Governor Amiir inspected key municipal facilities including departments focused on Health, Population, Transportation, Emergency services, and Youth initiatives. This hands-on approach shows his commitment to understanding the current operational status and identifying areas for improvement.
Governor Amiir took the opportunity to observe the ongoing work within these departments and engage directly with department heads. These interactions provided valuable insights into the challenges and successes of the Banadir Municipal Governmentโs various initiatives.
