Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Hassan Moallim Mahmoud, met with H.E. Jamaal Mohamed Hassan, Minister of Commerce and Industry, to advance reforms aimed at strengthening Somalia’s commercial legal framework.
The Ministers agreed to establish commercial courts and formal dispute resolution mechanisms, and to form a joint technical committee to support coordinated implementation in the public interest.
