Kuwait, (SONNA) – Government officials from various federal institutions, nominated by the Ministry of Planning, Investment and Economic Development of Somalia, completed two high-level training programs—Institutions and Development and Foresight and Future Studies Methodologies—hosted by the Arab Planning Institute in Kuwait.
The programs focused on strategic foresight, scenario planning, institutional gap analysis, and reform design, contributing to stronger human capital for effective governance and long-term development in line with Somalia’s National Transformation Plan (NTP2025_2029).
