Mogadishu(SONNA)-Somali National Army killed 100 Al-Shabaab militants after the group’s attack on SNA base in Galcad town in Galgudud region early on Friday morning.
Ministry of Information said in a statement that 7 soldiers including deputy commander of SNA’s elite unit, Danab, Hassan Mohamed Osman (Ture) martyred during heavy fighting between the sides there.
The Government thanked International Partners’ support to the fight against terrorists.
The Statement added that the Government is committed to eradicating terrorists whose in their ending period.
