Bakool, (SONNA) – The Commander of the 9th Division of the Somali National Army (SNA), Colonel Yonis Adan Hassan, recently concluded a training session for units of the 96th Regiment, 9th Division, at the military training school in Hudur.
Colonel Yonis emphasized that these trained units will operate across all districts and areas of the Bakool region to eliminate the Al-Shabaab insurgents who have been terrorizing the Somali people.
The closing ceremony was attended by regional officials and community leaders from Bakool, highlighting the collaborative efforts to enhance security and stability in the region.
This initiative underscores the Somali National Army’s commitment to strengthening its forces and ensuring the safety of its citizens.
