Mogadishu(SONNA): Prime minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Hassan Ali Kheyre chaired an online meeting for the national committee in combating corona virus, discussing on how to accelerate COVID-19 awareness program.
The COVID-19 Awareness Program will benefit the Somali society in gaining a better understanding about the serious risk of the virus, along with the preventive measures to minimize the spread of the virus.
The Prime Minister urged the members of the national committee to double up their efforts and to take all the required steps in combating COVID-19.
The Ministry of health registered more than 390 infected cases of corona virus,18 deaths and 10 recovered cases in the country so far.
