Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre, departed for Morocco this morning to participate in the annual MEDays Forum.
The forum, hosted this year under the patronage of the King of Morocco and attended by representatives from 120 countries, will feature a keynote address by the Somali Prime Minister. In his speech, he is expected to highlight the country’s overall situation, as well as the government’s ongoing efforts to strengthen security and state-building.
Now in its 17th edition, the MEDays Forum focuses on the rapidly evolving global political landscape, and the future of international security, economic development, and global cooperation.
