Lasanod, (SONNA) – Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre, has arrived in the city of Lasanod in the Sool region, the interim State of SSC-Khaatumo earlier today.
The Prime Minister and his delegation were warmly received at the airport by officials from the interim SSC-Khaatumo administration including the leader Abdikadir Ahmed Aw-Ali, senior officials and a large crowd of local residents.
Prime Minister Hamza is expected to hold meetings with various segments of the local community, including traditional elders, youth, women’s groups, and SSC-Khaatumo leaders, to discuss peace, development, and collaboration.
He is also scheduled to lay the foundation stone for several development projects, which form part of the government’s broader efforts to enhance infrastructure and improve socio-economic conditions across the country.
