Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, HE Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, departed on an official visit to Eritrea where some of the Armed Forces are receiving special training.
The visit of the President is based on strengthening the relationship between the two countries, promoting defense and security cooperation to maintain peace, stability and security in the region.
President Mohamud tasked the president of Galmudug State, HE Ahmed Abdu Kariye to accelerate the efforts to clear and eliminate the Al-Shabaab terrorists in Galmudug.
