Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre, last week received senior delegations and diplomats from several countries friendly to Somalia.
The meetings form part of ongoing efforts to reinforce the country’s national sovereignty and defense, following what the government described as an overt assault by Israel on Somalia’s unity.
The diplomatic engagements reflect Somalia’s continued commitment to strengthening its international relations, in accordance with established diplomatic norms, international law, and global principles governing the protection of the sovereignty of independent states and the non-interference in their internal affairs.
