Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hamza Abdi Barre has announced the formation of the African Union Commission for Election Campaign Committee to support Somalia’s candidacy for the the seat.
The Committee includes Ministers of Information, Daud Aweis, Finance, Bihi Iman Egeh, Petroleum, Abdirizak, Public Works, Abdisalan Abdi Ali, Acting Foreign Minister, Ali Omar and Minister Abdullahi Ahmed Jama of the Ports.
The Prime Minister also appointed Minister Daud Aweis and Ismail Jim’ale Alasow a senior advisor to the OPM as envoys to rally international support for AU Chairperson candidate MP Fawzia Yusuf Haji Adam. A united effort for transformative leadership.
