Mogadishu(SONNA)-Somali National Army on Sunday conducted special operation at Lego location about 44 Km to Wanlaweyne town in lower Shabelle region and destroyed bases of the terrorist militant group Al-Shabaab there, SONNA reported.
The SNA forces recovered unexploded bombs during the operation according to the officials.
Army officials say they’re committed to pursue such operation until they eradicate terrorist militants hiding in the region.
