Riyadh, (SONNA) – The Governor of Banadir Region and the Mayor of Mogadishu, H.E Yusuf Hussein Jim’ale (Madale) and his delegation arrived in Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on an official visit.
The delegation was welcomed in the city of Riyadh by officials of the local government of Riyadh and the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Somalia to Saudi Arabia. Among the members of the delegation that arrived in Saudi Arabia is the Deputy Commissioner for Social Affairs of the Banadir Regional Administration.
While the mayor of Mogadishu is in Saudi Arabia, he will hold meetings to strengthen cooperation between the two capitals with the Emir of Riyadh and the heads of local governments in the country.
