Mogadishu(SONNA)-Two Police were on Wednesday killed and two others injured in landmine blast that hit to a Police vehicle at Taleh area in Hodan district in the capital Mogadishu, SONNA reported.
Police Spokesperson, Sadiq Aden Ali told Somali National News Agency that the terrorist militant group of Al-Shabaab were behind the attack, noting there were no civilian casualties.
“We have lost two Police soldiers and two others injured in remote controlled landmine blast in Hodan district this morning, the victims are being hospitalized at moment”, Mr. Ali said.
Mr. Sadiq added that the Police are working to maintain the security and would defeat the the enemy.
