Mogadishu (SONNA) – The Minister of Finance of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Bihi Iman Egeh, held an important meeting with the Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Fund for Development, Sultan bin Abdulrahman Al-Marshad.
During the meeting, the Somali Government presented the investment opportunities available in the country. It was agreed that the discussions would continue at a technical level to review priority areas and pave the way for broader economic cooperation and investment.
The Minister was accompanied by the Chairperson of the Somali Development and Reconstruction Bank, Ms. Hodan Aden Osman, the Director of the Mogadishu Port, Mohamed Ali Nur (Americo), and officials from the Somali Embassy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by the Acting Ambassador, Abdi Aziz Ibrahim Hassan.
