Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Minister of Defence of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Ahmed Moallim Fiqi, today officiated the opening of a specialized training on the Procedure for Developing Job Descriptions, delivered by experts from the Security and Justice Governance and Accountability Project (SJGAP).
This capacity-building programme forms part of the Ministry’s broader institutional strengthening efforts aimed at enhancing the professionalism, efficiency, and performance of directors and departmental heads. The training is designed to ensure that job descriptions and procedural guidelines are developed in a coherent, standardised, and accountable manner, thereby improving the overall management and coordination of the Ministry’s daily operations.
The opening session was attended by the Director General for Human Resources and Support Services, Dr. Abdinafic Ahmed Abdullahi, along with senior Ministry officials.
