Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Commissioner of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA), Mahamuud Moallim and the Chief of the Somali Police Force, General Sulub Ahmed Firin jointly unveiled the new call center at the National Emergency Operations Center of SoDMA today, which can be reached at the short number 449.
The center, highly sought after for its functionality, was established to coordinate emergency services and respond to challenging situations encountered by the community. The Deputy CoMNR of SoDMA, as well as officials from diverse sectors were also present at the event.
