Mogadishu(SONNA)-Governor of the Central Bank of Somalia, Abdirahman Mohammed Abdullahi on Monday delivered a keynote speech at an event held in Mogadishu about signing Memorandum of Understanding between the National Identification and Registration Authority and the Somali Bankers Associations.
