Mogadishu, (SONNA) – Attorney General Dr. Sulayman Mohamed Mahmoud held a meeting today at his office with officials from the UK-based Global Initiative for Security and Transparency (GIST).
The discussion focused on enhancing cooperation in the fight against terror financing and improving the exchange of information on the financial tactics used by terrorist groups.
The Office of the Attorney General reaffirmed its commitment to eradicating all forms of financial crime and terror financing, which continue to pose a serious threat to the Somali people.
