Mogadishu(SONNA)-Two Al-Shabaab militants were killed in a bomb explosion in which they were emplacing it along the main supply route between KM50 and Lantabur areas in lower Shabelle region southern Somalia.
Spokesperson of the African Union Transition Mission in Somalia, Lt. Col. Abdullahi Hassan Ganale told Somali National News Agency SONNA that the militants felt into their own trap, inflicting casualties on them alone.
“Last night in Lower Shabelle between KM50 and Lantabur, 2 Alshabaab militants were instantly killed when the bomb exploded as they were emplacing it along the main supply route. Their body parts were shattered 50 meters wide”, The ATMIS Force Spokesperson(KDF) said.
SONNA obtained more horrific photos from the trap scene, showing how the terrorist militants were cut into pieces by the bomb blast.
