London, (SONNA) — The Vice President of Galmudug State, H.E. Ali Dahir Eid, who is on a working visit to Europe, received a warm welcome in London, where he met with officials at the Somali Embassy and members of the Somali diaspora community.
During the meetings, the vice president briefed community members on the current situation in Somalia and developments taking place in Galmudug and across the country.
As part of his visit, Ali Dahir Eid also inaugurated a new office established by the Somali community in London, describing the initiative as an important step toward strengthening ties between the diaspora and the administration.
He encouraged members of the Somali community to enhance cooperation among themselves and continue supporting the Somali people and government.
