New Delhi, (SONNA) — The Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Somalia to India, who is also the non-resident Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Abdullahi Mohammed Odowa, held a meeting with his Sri Lankan counterpart in India, Mahishini Colonne, at the Sri Lankan Embassy in New Delhi.
During the meeting, Ambassador Odowa expressed his appreciation for the warm reception he received in Colombo, including his recent presentation of credentials to the Sri Lankan President.
The discussions focused on strengthening bilateral relations between Somalia and Sri Lanka, with particular emphasis on enhancing cooperation in diplomacy, trade, education, and future development partnerships.
