Nairobi, (SONNA) — The fifth forum bringing together representatives of Somalia’s Federal Government and Federal Member States was officially concluded today in Nairobi.
The three-day meeting focused on a project related to the management of public sector human resources in Somalia, with particular emphasis on accelerating ongoing activities and developing high-priority operational plans.
The forum also placed strong emphasis on public sector management reform, including improving the efficiency and coordination of public services, and strengthening a unified framework to enhance cooperation between the Federal Government and Federal Member States.
Participants highlighted the importance of harmonizing systems and policies to support effective intergovernmental collaboration and sustainable institutional development across the country.
