Mogadishu (SONNA): The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, extended heartfelt condolences to the family, relatives, and the entire Somali healthcare community following the tragic passing of the late Dr. Omar Aden Cade, a leading figure in the country’s health sector.
The President noted that the deceased had served the nation for many years, particularly within the Ministry of Health, holding various positions. He also played a crucial role during the collapse and civil war, dedicating himself to emergency response efforts and the development of healthcare services.
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud prayed to Allah to grant the deceased a place in Paradise (Jannah al-Firdaws) and to provide patience and faith to his family, relatives, and the Somali people mourning his loss.
