Mogadishu(SONNA)-President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H. E Hassan Sh. Mohamud spoke by phone with President, Yoweri K. Museveni of the Republic of Uganda.
During the call, President Hassan Sheikh congratulated President Museveni on his re-election and pledged to work closely on key areas of mutual interest.
The two leaders also exchanged views on bilateral issues and reaffirmed their shared commitment to further strengthening the longstanding relations between Somalia and Uganda, including enhanced cooperation on peace and security and the promotion of regional stability.
