Algiers, (SONNA) — The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E Hassan Sheikh Mohamud paid an inspection visit to the Somali Embassy in Algeria, accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdisalam Abdi Ali.
During the visit, the President met with Somali diplomats led by Ambassador Yusuf Ahmed Hassan, who briefed him on the embassy’s diplomatic achievements and efforts to strengthen the growing partnership between Somalia and Algeria since the embassy’s reopening earlier this year.
President Hassan Sheikh commended the embassy staff for their work and urged them to intensify their efforts in serving Somali citizens and implementing the bilateral cooperation agreements recently signed between the two countries.
