Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre, today received a high-level delegation from the Arab League, which arrived in Mogadishu to launch a major project supporting Somalia’s national curriculum and the promotion of the Arabic language.
The Prime Minister thanked the Arab League for its support in diplomacy, education, state-building, debt relief, and economic development, noting the organization’s valuable role in advancing Somalia’s progress.
The delegation, led by Mr. Zayd Al-Sabban, Director of the Horn of Africa and Sudan Department at the Arab League, praised the Somali government’s efforts and achievements, emphasizing the importance of enhancing cooperation in politics, economy, and development.
