Damascus, SONNA – The newly appointed Ambassador-Designate of the Federal Republic of Somalia to Syria, His Excellency Abiib Musa Farah, has presented a copy of his credentials to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of Syria, His Excellency Asad Hassan Al-Shibani.
During the meeting, Ambassador-Designate Abiib and Minister Al-Shibani discussed the longstanding ties between Somalia and Syria and exchanged views on ways to further strengthen bilateral relations.
The presentation of the copy of credentials marks an important step in the ambassador’s assumption of duties and reflects the commitment of both nations to deepen diplomatic engagement and cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
