Guulane, (SONNA) – In a planned operation carried out by the community-based local forces, two senior Al-Shabaab commanders were killed in the Guulane area of the Middle Shabelle region.
The two eliminated leaders have been identified as Ali Xabad and Mohamed Adow, both of whom played significant roles in orchestrating terrorist activities in the region. Several other militants accompanying them were also killed during the operation.
This successful operation is part of ongoing efforts to eradicate Al-Shabaab from local communities. Once again, local forces demonstrated exceptional courage and vigilance in defending their people and territory from extremist threats.
