Mogadishu (SONNA) – The Governor of Banadir Region and Mayor of Mogadishu, Dr. Hassan Mohamed Hussein (Muungaab), has appointed Mr. Mohamed Abdullahi Abubakar as the new Director of the Office of the Governor of Banadir Region and Mayor of Mogadishu.
The appointment comes as Mr. Ismail Ali Sheikh Nur, the former Director of the Office, has been officially relieved of his duties.
The leadership change is part of the ongoing administrative reforms aimed at strengthening governance and service delivery in the capital city.
