The Speaker of the Somali Federal Parliament, Sheikh Adan Mohamed Nur (Madoobe), representing Somalia at the conference, delivered a comprehensive speech. He began by thanking the Speaker of the Algerian Parliament, Ibrahim Boughali, who also serves as the Chairman of the Arab Parliaments, and the Algerian government.
