Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Hamza Abdi Barre received the Acting Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Somalia, James Swan, at his office today.
The meeting focused on bolstering cooperation between Somalia and the United Nations, with particular emphasis on supporting the Government’s priority initiatives.
These include stabilising regions reclaimed from Kharijites, moving towards direct elections, and tackling pressing humanitarian issues.
