Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Hamza Abdi Barre launched the Biannual Human Capital Development Forum, bringing together federal, state institutions, and international partners.
The forum aims to enhance human capital in Somalia, driving sustainable development and progress.
Prime Minister Barre highlighted the government’s commitment to transformative societal empowerment, especially by strengthening the resilience and potential of Somali youth.
He underscored that robust human capital is essential for achieving significant milestones and competing globally. The government is dedicated to providing inclusive education, accessible healthcare, and necessary services to support this goal.
The Prime Minister also emphasized Somalia’s untapped resources, stating that empowering and enhancing the skills of the community are crucial for the country’s growth and effective resource utilization.
