Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Hamza Abdi Barre chaired a crucial meeting with the security agencies and national defense to discuss the general security, eradication of the Al-Shabaab terrorists and defending the country.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Barre emphasized the Government’s resolute determination to tackle the security challenges faced by our nation. It reflects a comprehensive and proactive approach to address both domestic and foreign threats, with particular emphasis on eliminating terrorist militants and strengthening our national defense capabilities.
The meeting was attended by Ministers, Commanders of the Somali National Army, the Somali Police Chief, the Director of the National Intelligence and Security Agency, and the Deputy Governor for Peace and Politics of the Banadir Administration.
