Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Commissioner of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA), Mohamud Moalim Abdulle met with the Ambassador of Qatar to Somalia, Dr. Abdalla Bin Saalim Al-nu’eymi.
The Commissioner discussed with the Ambassador about assistance in the prevention of the El Nino Storm which is a big issue to the country and strengthening the stabilization of process that is needed in the areas where the SNA are clearing off the terrorist militants.
The Ambassador promised to work closely with the government and assured the Commissioner that Qatar is ready to assist the people of Somalia.
Commissioner of SoDMA, Mr. Mohamud Moalim thanked the Qatari people and their government for the solidarity they showed to the people and Government of Somalia.
