Baidoa, (SONNA) – The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E Hassan Sheikh Mohamud paid an inspection to the training base of the National Army in Baidoa town and ordered them to be prepared for the second phase of the war on terror.
The President urged the Somali Armed Forces to maintain military discipline and make the safety, dignity and life of Somali citizens their primary responsibility, saying that it is not acceptable that the soldiers who are supposed to protect the people should violate them.
