Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Minister of Youth and Sports of the Fedeal Government of Somalia, H.E Mohamed Bare Mohamud met with the Ambassador of the Qatar to Somalia, Amb. Abdullah bin Salem Al Nuaimi. The Minister praised them for the beautiful hosting of the WorldCup 2022, which left a special impact. The Minister was accompanied by the Director General of the Ministry and other officials.
Minister Mohamed shared with the ambassador the efforts of his ministry in the maintenance of the country’s sports fields. Moreover, the government of Qatar is planning to donate mobile stadiums and other equipment for the World Cup games to some countries around the world.
