(SONNA) -Puntland State of Somalia’s Electoral Commission has recently announced the traditional elders and members of the civil society who will select the 4 seats for HOP # 128, HOP # 122, HOP # 232, HOP # 144.
The Jubaland State Electoral Commission has recently submitted to the Federal Electoral Commission the traditional elders and members of the civil society organizations to select the delegates for the HOP # 126, HOP # 118, HOP # 127 constituencies in Kismayo.
Announcing who will select the delegates for each seat before being elected was one of the provisions of the agreement reached at the last National Consultative Assembly meeting on parliamentary elections and electoral procedures.
