Mogadishu(SONNA)-Court of Armed Forces of Somalia on Monday sentenced SNA soldier to death penalty after finding him guilt of being behind the killing of innocent civilian near Ex-Ministry of Health in Bondhere district, in Benadir region on September 20, 2020, SONNA reported.
Omar Muhuding Mohamud, the Soldier killed Abdullahi Mohamed Hassan Abow according to the prosecutor who displayed the evidences including three witnesses at the court.
The Somali Army Court often takes action against Al-Shabaab, IS militants and Government soldiers who commit crimes against the people whom they’re to protect.
